Alex is an undergraduate research assistant with Dr. Elise Robinson at the Analytical Translational Genetics Unit and the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. He is interested in using machine learning approaches to uncover patterns in neuropsychiatric disease inheritance.

Alex joins ATGU from Harvard, where he is pursuing a joint concentration in developmental biology and statistics. Previously he conducted research on the molecular mechanisms underlying Parkinson’s disease with Lee Rubin in the Harvard Department of Stem Cell and Regenerative Biology.
